Dr. Jinsoo Kim attended University of Washington and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree (DDS) in 2005. He decided to further his medical knowledge by pursuing General Practice Residency at University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio where he treated all types of patients including medically compromised patients. He went into private practice for three years after finishing his General Practice Residency where he learned his passion for anesthesia. He attended Loma Linda University to receive his certificate in Dental Anesthesiology from 2009 to 2011. He became board certified by American Dental Board of Anesthesiology in 2012.
As a Dentist Anesthesiologist, Dr. Kim has the knowledge and training to perform full spectrum of anesthesia from minimal sedation to general anesthesia where only handful of dentists are able to do so. He is a member of American Society of Dentist Anesthesiologist, American Dental Board of Anesthesiology, International Anesthesia Research Society, American Society of Anesthesiology, Society for Pediatric Anesthesia, and Society for Ambulatory Anesthesia. During his free time, Dr. Kim enjoys sports, traveling, trying new food and spending time with his family.
